Job summary

Walmart Whitestown location seeks a full-time Regional Real Estate Warehouse clerk to handle HR-related paperwork, data entry, payroll processing, and general clerical support. You will process time reports, assist with hiring, and maintain HR records in a bustling logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in Walmart logistics clerical tasks or similar roles, with strong data entry and communication skills, and comfort working in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ year of Walmart logistics clerical work or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data entry and using computer applications (email, spreadsheets, word processing).
• Experience in human resources activities (payroll, benefits, OSHA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employment paperwork and data entry by processing information and forms.
• Prepare payroll documentation including time reports and payroll edits.
• Support hiring by scheduling interviews and processing new hires and transfers.
• Process HR reports and documents and ensure compliance with laws.
• Perform general clerical duties and maintain logs and records.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates as needed.
