This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position based fully in-office at our Louisville, Kentucky location. The HR & Payroll Administrator will report to the Human Resources Director and play an important role in supporting payroll accuracy, HR administration, employee records, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and employee experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, comfortable working with confidential information, and experienced using Paylocity in a multi-state payroll environment.
This is a full-time position based fully in-office at the Louisville, Kentucky location.
The position requires regular use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment is generally quiet to moderate.
