Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on employee relations, talent management and development, compensation, employment law, performance management, and labor relations.
• Coach frontline leaders on policy implementation, compliance risks, and resolution of employee challenges.
• Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to inform strategy and initiative development.
• Participate in HR projects and work cross-functionally to provide solutions, policies, and programs.
• Invest in personal development by exchanging feedback, developing skills, and following HR trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
