Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, ADA, FLSA, FMLA).
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and database management systems.
• 2 years working knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, or comparable HRMS.

Responsibilities

• Administer recruiting and hiring programs for salaried and bargaining unit workforce in plant departments.
• Coordinate new hire orientation/onboarding.
• Collaborate in development and delivery of training programs.
