Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 1–2 years HR experience, preferably in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, or HR administration.
• Manufacturing and/or union environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for hourly and salaried employees.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle leaves of absence, FMLA, disability, and attendance tracking.
• Support training initiatives and retention strategies.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement in HR processes.
