The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to the Advanced Structures Aftermarket organization, aligning workforce strategies with business priorities and supporting leaders through organizational change, talent initiatives, and capability-building. This role partners closely with executives and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to drive the talent agenda, strengthen organizational and leadership capability, and ensure high-performing teams. This position will work onsite in Troy, Ohio. Relocation assistance available.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Aftermarket leadership, influencing people strategies that support business objectives. Drive the talent agenda through workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and capability development. Maintain a strong understanding of business priorities to proactively identify talent opportunities and organizational needs. Offer insights and recommendations to enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance.
Partner with business leaders and HR CoEs to support enterprise and functional transformation initiatives. Lead change efforts including communications, training, adoption of new operating models, and capability building. Support leaders in navigating organizational shifts to ensure engagement, readiness, and sustained performance.
Translate business strategies into actionable HR solutions that strengthen workforce, organization, and culture. Operationalize workforce strategies to meet current and future talent needs. Collaborate across Collins HR teams to deliver integrated and scalable HR solutions beyond the Aftermarket organization.
Provide HR counsel to optimize organizational processes, team effectiveness, and performance outcomes. Facilitate team effectiveness workshops, conflict resolution, and collaboration practices. Serve as an ambassador for employees and leadership to foster a positive culture and high-performing environment. Travel up to 20%.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a co-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a co-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
