Aspire Allergy & Sinus is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented People Team Intern to gain hands‑on experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This temporary internship is designed for candidates looking to build a foundation in HR Ops while helping us cultivate an exceptional employee experience.

In this role, you won't just be doing busywork. You will actively assist with the day-to-day operations of our People Team. You will get a behind-the-scenes look at the entire employee lifecycle, providing administrative and operational support from recruiting coordination to onboarding and employee engagement. This position helps ensure our team members are equipped, engaged, and empowered to succeed while contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

We offer a flexible schedule that can accommodate class schedules and other commitments, provided hours are worked during our standard business hours. We are open to both part-time and full-time interns; however, candidates must be able to commit to a consistent, predetermined weekly schedule that meets the needs of the business. Flexible scheduling does not permit varying work hours from week to week.
