Job summary

M&H Valve Company is seeking an HR Coordinator to support and foster an engaging culture across the organization. The role involves frequent interaction with team members in person, by phone, and via electronic communications, providing prompt service and assisting with program initiatives including The McWane Way and Compass Culture.

You will support employee engagement, maintain personnel records, assist in recruitment, and help coordinate training and outreach activities while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required.
• Concentration in Human Resources preferred.
• Human resources experience required; heavy manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Certification through SHRM or HRCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote The McWane Way principles and Compass Culture.
• Support employee relations and plan engagement activities.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts and attend job fairs.
• Maintain personnel files and HR communications.
