Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; HR concentration preferred.
• HR experience required; heavy manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt customer service to team members via in-person, phone, and electronic communications.
• Support recruitment efforts and attend job fairs and school career fairs.
• Maintain hard copy and scanned personnel files and records per state and federal requirements and corporate retention policy.
• Promote The McWane Way principles, values, and Compass Culture, and assist in training initiatives.
• Assist in developing, planning and facilitating employee engagement activities and events.
