Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Hyannis, MA to support an exceptional employee experience from recruitment through the employment lifecycle. You will combine people, technology, data, and HR operations to improve processes and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred; or associate’s degree with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of human resources experience in an administrative or coordinator role preferred.
• Experience with integrated HR systems and maintaining employee data, workflows, reporting and system accuracy; Paylocity preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities, and familiar with AI-enabled workplace tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to employees regarding employment-related programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serves as HRIS administrator, maintaining system configuration, user access, workflows, and data integrity across modules; identifies discrepancies and implements corrections.
• Provides day-to-day technical support and guidance to employees and managers using HR systems; analyzes HR reports.
• Prepares, processes, and submits biweekly and unscheduled payrolls with HR team; ensures timecard data and changes are accurate.
• Supports recruitment from posting through interview coordination and onboarding activities.
• Administers pre-boarding and onboarding components; ensures new hire requirements and access are complete.
