Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an HR Operations Consultant to support the CHRO/Director HRBP in implementing HM business HR strategy, workforce plans, and operational services. You will collaborate with COE resources to meet local business needs and drive HR program delivery across the organization.

The role emphasizes data integrity, statistical reporting, and clear communications to various audiences, with oversight of HR processes and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience incl. Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, or Labor Relations.
• Experience with state/federal HR regulations and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative support to HR leadership in implementing HR strategy, workforce plans, and operational services.
• Ensures HR programs meet delivery expectations and align with business strategy.
• Develops data-driven insights and prepares reports for COE and HR leadership.
• Serves as a liaison for HR Shared Services and COE to ensure consistency with talent strategy.
• Maintains data integrity and prepares organizational data for transactions and reporting.
