Job summary

LINK Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients. This hands-on role supports day-to-day HR operations, HR systems, employee data, reporting, and process documentation.

The successful candidate will manage HR requests, maintain confidential data, troubleshoot HR issues, and partner with employees and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of progressive HR operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience with HR systems administration, reporting, data management.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance.
• Attention to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to troubleshoot HR processes and suggest improvements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and tickets via Center of Excellence.
• Update employee data in HR systems with accuracy.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance of employee data.
• Support HR systems administration and process execution.
• Assist implementation and improvement of HR workflows.
• Document HR workflows and business processes.
• Conduct HR data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Support HR reporting and data requests.
• Assist training initiatives through documentation and change management.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects.
• Provide reliable support to employees and managers.
