Required: Associate or Bachelor’s preferred and at least 1 year in HR or clerical work; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Oracle Cloud. Based in Sayre/Corning with day shifts and on-site work.

Qualifications

• 1 year HR or clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide online phone coverage and respond to email inquiries.
• Assist with HR help desk tickets and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate data in Oracle Cloud and assist with onboarding/badging.
• Process invoices and HR-related transactions as needed.
• Deliver exceptional, timely service to caregivers and leaders.
