Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR operations, payroll, onboarding, or related HR experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience supporting payroll, HRIS, onboarding, compliance tracking, employee records, or performance-review processes.
• Experience handling confidential employee and payroll information.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, privacy, and confidentiality in healthcare.
• Excellent organizational and deadline-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll preparation by reviewing changes, timekeeping, and documentation.
• Coordinate bonuses, incentives, commissions, and other compensation for payroll.
• Maintain documentation supporting compensation changes and payroll adjustments.
• Identify missing or incomplete payroll information before deadlines.
• Respond to routine payroll questions and escalate sensitive matters as needed.
