Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in HR or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process HRIS transactions (hires, changes, promotions, terminations).
• Run HR reports and analyze metrics on attrition, performance, diversity.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire setup; support SCORE onboarding.
• Assist with annual processes such as salary planning and benefits open enrollment.
• Stay current on policies and regulations; partner with Payroll, Benefits, TA, and Finance.
