ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Kennesaw, GA is hiring an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, and compliance. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and is on-site Monday through Thursday with Friday work-from-home flexibility.

No travel is required. You will maintain confidential personnel records, manage HRIS data, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and partner with managers to deliver a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Entry-level candidates with strong potential or 2–4 years of hands-on HR, payroll, benefits, or related experience.
• Exposure to HR operations, HRIS, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment; basic payroll exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an approachable first point of contact for routine employee questions, providing timely support and escalation.
• Coordinate new-hire activities, including documentation, system access, orientation, and internal communications.
• Coordinate offboarding, including documentation, system updates, benefit notices, equipment follow-up, and employee support.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential personnel records and process routine employee changes.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and support benefit enrollment.
• Review HRIS, benefit, and payroll-related data for accuracy.
