Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Five years of broad HR experience, including three in operations or Shared Services leadership.
• Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft 365, AI tools such as Copilot, and HR ticketing/case management systems.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, policies, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
• Demonstrated success using data and metrics to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.

• Establish standardized processes, service levels, and escalation paths.
• Leverage Workday and HR ticketing systems to manage workflows and data.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and experience.
• Develop and improve HR policies in alignment with laws and regulations.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and team performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage hiring, performance, and employee relations; lead special projects.
