Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR supervisory or management experience in technical/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal labor regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA, wage & hour).
• Experience planning for multi-shift or 24/7 operations.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and digital record management.
