Responsibilities

• Process compensation and benefits transactions and respond to questions.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and HR transactions across the School of Medicine.
• Support HR data entry, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Assist with performance management processes and documentation.
• Coordinate with central HR teams and school partners to ensure service quality.
• Lead day-to-day work and provide guidance to junior staff when needed.
