Responsibilities

• Eliminate unnecessary steps from an approval chain.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance to keep practices sound.
• Own the P&L for the business and report performance to senior leadership.
• Set guardrails so a freelance deal can move without a committee.
• Investigate margin slippage and propose practical, not theoretical, fixes.
