Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking an HR Generalist to manage HR operations, benefits, leave, and HRIS data integrity in a clinical service environment. This role reports to the Chief People & Clinical Officer and acts as the engine of HR processes, ensuring accurate and compliant employee life-cycle transactions.

The position emphasizes ADP WFN proficiency, meticulous data handling, and cross-functional collaboration to support a comprehensive total rewards program and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in clinical or multi-site HR environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Author, update, and maintain Employee Handbook and HR policies for compliance.
• Design and implement standardized library of HR forms for a uniform employee experience.
• Oversee benefits administration including 401k, COBRA, and leave management.
• Manage ADP WFN system configuration, security, and data integrity.
• Coordinate end-to-end leave processes and ADA accommodations.
