Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations in a clinical service environment, including benefits administration, 401(k) plan management, leave tracking, and HRIS data integrity.

Reporting to the Chief People & Clinical Officer, you will ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient employee lifecycle processing, drive ADP Workforce Now workflows, policy governance, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 3–5 years HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience, preferably in healthcare.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits, 401k, LOA, and leave management with accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant personnel and medical files and I-9 records.
• Own ADP WFN system setup, security profiles, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, COBRA, and DOL regulations.
