Job summary

• Own elements of HR service delivery and drive operational excellence through effective teamwork, robust data analysis and optimal process design
• Build strong cross functional relationships with partners across the People team as well as Employee Relations, Legal, People Analytics and other key collaborators
• Demonstrate the highest standard of confidentiality and build trusted, productive relationships with stakeholders through proactive, crisp and empathetic communications
• Effectively utilize HR systems and reporting tools, maintaining data accuracy and integrity and conducting periodic strategic analysis to identify trends and inform business decisions

As an important part of the People Team, People Operations ensures that every Roblox employee has a great experience. This includes defining and driving core HR business programs, capturing comprehensive employment data, providing resources that detail HR practices and resolving employees' specific HR questions as they arise. You will report to the Director, People Business Operations. Role is based at Roblox HQs in San Mateo, CA. #LI-Hybrid

You will:

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
• [Preferred] Experience supporting employees outside of the US

• Adept at owning and optimizing HR processes and programs, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown on this page are applicable to this temporary position.

Monthly Salary Range

$13,500 — $17,163.33 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
