Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to SVP HR – Telemundo Enterprises and Latin America, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses and invoice management.
• Support strategic HR initiatives across Telemundo Enterprises, LATAM and NBCUniversal TV and Streaming portfolio.
• Schedule meetings, manage distribution lists, maintain org charts, provide general team support.
• Learn SAP HR transactions including onboarding/off-boarding, reporting, security audits and data validation.
