Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in human resources, HR operations, or a related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Workday experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Administer employee badge access processes, including coordinating badge issuance for new hires, managing access changes, and processing badge deactivation for terminated employees in Arlington and Houston.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking of employee badge access and related changes in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor the HR inbox, providing timely and professional support to employees and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to and coordinate requests related to verification of employment and other routine HR inquiries.
• Coordinate business card orders and related employee requests.
• Coordinate the arrangement and delivery of flowers or other appropriate expressions of sympathy for employees experiencing the loss of an immediate family member.
• Support background check processes, including monitoring completion, reviewing clearance status, and coordinating follow-up as needed.
• Conduct new hire onboarding orientation to ensure a positive and efficient employee experience including issuing first-day communications.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs, processes, and initiatives.
• Support special projects and other HR-related initiatives as assigned.
