DHL eCommerce in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support the full range of HR operations by processing HR documents and reports, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance. This role provides administrative support to HR leadership, manages payroll activities, supports onboarding, and helps plan employee engagement and communications initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Understand and perform report preparation; simple posting and recording, typing.
• Understand standardized math processes utilizing addition and subtraction.
• Work as a team member with a minimum amount of supervision and the ability to multi-task.
• Prepare detailed records or reports such as operating logs, quantities, etc.

Responsibilities

• Execute payroll administration tasks including reconciling pay discrepancies and preparing weekly labor reports.
• Maintain and update employee records (I‑9s, benefits docs, TSA forms) with compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain employee communication boards and post required materials (legal notices, postings, communications).
• Assist with internal HR audits and ensure records are filed promptly.
• Support onboarding: new-hire docs, badges, orientation logistics.
• Coordinate monthly reward and recognition programs to boost engagement.
• Submit and track STA applications and renewals for compliance.
• Maintain employee ID badge program and compliance with policies.
• Provide admin support to HR Business Partners and leadership, handling scheduling and data entry.
• Elevate confidential concerns to HR leadership and ensure proper handling.
