Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer general HR questions and refer complex matters to the HR Manager.
• Post job openings, schedule interviews, and maintain applicant records.
• Coordinate employment verifications, onboarding, and orientation.
• Maintain confidential employee files and HRIS records.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and leave administration.
• Support training coordination and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and assist with safety activities as assigned.
• Greet visitors and issue visitor badges.
