Job description

Overview

The HR Ops Coordinator will be part of the PBNA HR Operations Employee Relations Center of Excellence. The role involves supporting PBNA E2E Speak Up Investigations, Employee Investigations, and Appeals Investigations. Over time, the role will expand to support HR operational transactional work related to employee relations.

The ideal candidate should learn new processes quickly, think strategically, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have an investigative and curious mindset, and maintain high levels of confidentiality and customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Organize and disseminate cases efficiently and promptly.
  2. Interact with employees and leaders via phone, email, and Teams regarding employee relations matters, conduct interviews, speak with witnesses, review evidence, analyze action items related to policy violations, and make recommendations for resolution.
  3. Gather, summarize, and report on Speak Up cases both verbally and in written form.
  4. Follow established protocols to deliver excellent customer service and ensure first call resolution.
  5. Perform on-call duties during weekends and evenings as needed.
  6. Understand and adhere to information security protocols, handling sensitive data appropriately.
  7. Multi-task effectively, prioritizing tasks correctly.
  8. Ensure high-quality customer service and operational excellence, resolving transactions efficiently and in compliance with legal, company, and process standards.
  9. Serve as an escalation point for administrative queries from employees and managers and provide administrative support.
  10. Maintain HR systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee records.
  11. Proficiently perform data entry and use Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.).
  12. Construct objective narratives during investigations, incorporating input from key stakeholders to advance cases.
  13. Communicate professionally and effectively across all organizational levels.
  14. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  15. Manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Information

This role is 100% remote; a private home workspace is required.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $50,300 - $78,350, depending on skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Investigations, especially in a union environment.
  • Experience with employee investigations, discipline, and statement-taking.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or sales environments is preferred.
  • Comfort with technology, systems, and data analytics.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
