    • Help gather information for workforce planning or organizational updates under guidance from senior PXBPs.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement
    • Respond to employee questions and direct them to appropriate resources.
    • Support engagement, recognition, and inclusion initiatives through logistics, coordination, and communications.
  • Change Support
    • Coordinate communications and training materials for change initiatives led by senior PXBPs.
    • Help monitor adoption and gather feedback from employees.
  • Talent Development Coordination
    • Partner with Learning & Development to schedule sessions, manage attendance, and track completion.
    • Support career development resources by helping gather data or employee feedback.
  • Performance & Culture Enablement
    • Assist in administering performance management tools and reminders.
    • Reinforce company values by helping prepare culture‑related content, resources, or events.
  • Data & Reporting
    • Run basic reports from HRIS systems and update dashboards as requested.
    • Maintain accuracy of people data and support metrics tracking (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount).
  • Employee Relations Support
    • Document employee relations cases and assist with scheduling, follow‑up, and policy lookups.
    • Escalate complex concerns to senior PXBPs or PX leadership.
  • Cross‑Functional HR Coordination
    • Partner with COEs by sharing data, preparing materials, and ensuring consistent communication across PX teams.
    • Support global initiatives by coordinating deliverables and tracking status.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Travel occasionally, up to 5‑10%, for key moments such as team summits, training, conferences, etc., with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands.
  • Experience coordinating HR programs or supporting HR operations preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge & Skills
    • Foundational understanding of HR processes (onboarding, performance, employee relations basics).
    • Ability to learn HRIS and analytics tools; comfort running standard reports.
    • Awareness of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
    • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to build relationships and provide helpful, timely support.
    • Comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous environments with guidance.
  • Mindset & Approach
