About The Role
We are seeking an HR Operations Analyst to partner with business stakeholders to optimize HR processes, specifically focusing on timekeeping and attendance analysis. This role will leverage technology and data-driven solutions to support HR initiatives, drive process improvements, and deliver actionable insights. This is a remote opportunity with a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, eligible for variable pay.

Responsibilities

• Extract, compile, and analyze HR data from multiple sources including SQL, Denodo, Kronos, and GHR
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows using tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation tools to ensure high performance and recommend improvements
• Act as a thought partner on projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical and analytical solutions
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to HR leadership to enhance decision-making and processes
• Explore innovative ways to use data to address complex HR challenges and improve employee services
• Work cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and alignment of analytics initiatives with business needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of collaborative work experience delivering customer-focused solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau
• Familiarity with Alteryx and/or ETL applications
• Preferred: 1 year manufacturing experience
• Preferred: 1-3 years HR experience
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Python or UI Path
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases (Redshift, Postgres, Denodo)
