The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) is recruiting for a Human Resources Operations Analyst to support the agency's Human Resources operations functions which will include but will not be limited to Cardinal HCM/HRIS transactions, management of personnel records, retirement processing, managing the E-Verify/I-9 processes, onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities, as well as, providing backup support for employee benefits and leave administration.
The HR Operations Analyst will be expected to perform the following duties:
Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check.
Commonwealth of Virginia employees may have teleworking options available.
Final teleworking agreements will be reviewed and approved upon hire.
This role will require completion of a Statement of Economic Interests (SOEI), which is filed annual with the General Assembly.
