USHP is seeking an HR Coordinator to partner with division and recruitment leadership, managing the employee lifecycle logistics. The role focuses on streamlining onboarding, supporting HR operations, and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong organization, project coordination, and communication skills. Responsibilities include enterprise onboarding/offboarding, BambooHR data management, background checks, and payroll-related coordination in a healthcare

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of HR coordination with onboarding focus.
• Experience in healthcare or medical environment is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee enterprise onboarding and coordinate with Recruiters and Office Managers.
• Manage BambooHR data entry for new hires and changes.
• Support background checks, I-9/E-Verify processes, and documentation reviews.
• Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and respond to inquiries promptly.
