Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Spring 2027 Intern in Human Resources (Onboarding) to gain hands-on experience within the HR department at our Denver, CO campus. The role includes supporting projects, reporting, and data maintenance while working under close supervision in a dynamic airline environment.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a accredited university, with interest in communications, organizational development or HR. Prior customer service or event planning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university.
• Preference for Communications, Organizational Development, HR or related fields.
• Previous customer service or event planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with various projects and functions as assigned.
• Respond to requests from employees, candidates, and leaders by email, phone, and in person.
• Create and analyze HR reports and presentations.
• Maintain data in HR systems and assist HR meetings.
