Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a 2027 Spring Intern in Human Resources (Learning & Development) based in Denver, CO. The internship provides hands-on HR exposure, including projects in compliance, LMS usage, and training coordination.

The role supports the HR department with data, reports, meetings, and communications while gaining experience across internal training programs and organizational development activities. A fall 2026 window is noted for the program.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university, preferred
• Preference given to candidates pursuing a degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previous experience in customer service or event planning preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist HR projects and functions as assigned
• Respond to requests from employees, candidates, and leaders
• Create and analyze HR reports
• Create/update HR presentations
• Complete assigned HR projects timely
• Maintain data in HR systems
• Assist in HR meetings and logistics
• Assist with maintenance of HR records
• Work with Learning & Development to participate in training Center of Excellence
• Monitor LMS for compliance and training needs
• Coordinate company-wide events and engagement activities
