Qualifications

• BS degree required and PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience with FMCSA compliance and driver qualification files.
• Prior trucking/transportation industry or logistics experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate driver background checks, medical screenings, and DOT physicals.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of drivers.
• Develop and manage employee benefit programs and retention initiatives.
