JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. HR Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for leading the strategy, design, administration, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of BNBuilders' Total Rewards programs. This role has company-wide responsibility for 401(k), ESOP, compensation, and Total Rewards compliance , including oversight of related program administration, data integrity, regulatory requirements, audits, reporting, collaborating with various departments.
The Total Rewards Manager directly manages the Benefits Specialist and works closely with the Workers' Compensation & Leave Manager as a peer partner. The two managers collaborate on leaves of absence and disability-related matters where benefits, pay, workers' compensation, accommodations, and return-to-work programs intersect, while maintaining clear ownership of their respective functions.
SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $125,000
