Job summary

The position requires experience in HR practices, employment laws, and confidential record keeping. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are expected for travel to multiple sites

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of human resources practices, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and staffing activities with program leadership.
