  • Guide managers through performance challenges, including feedback conversations, performance improvement plans, and progressive discipline.
  • Leverage people data and insights (e.g., turnover, engagement, retention trends) to inform strategies and recommend improvements to programs and practices.

Employee Relations

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair, consistent, and legally sound outcomes.

Culture & Engagement Programs

  • Drive and/or support Talent and Culture initiatives, including annual performance reviews, goal setting, recognition, and engagement programs.
  • Help lead engagement survey efforts and action planning with leaders.
  • Partner with the team to ensure programs are inclusive across locations (e.g., Ohio, California, India), fostering connection and belonging.
  • May take on greater ownership of culture initiatives over time.

Occasional travel may be required.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in both HR business partnering and talent and engagement programs.

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management best practices, and employment law.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to and engaging with employees at all levels.
  • Energetic, highly visible, and passionate about shaping a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics to assess program success and inform decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
