GEO Secured Services is hiring an experienced HR professional to oversee personnel administration, policy implementation, and strategic interfacing with facility management in a full-time role in Colorado. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, and training programs, and ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable laws.

The role requires seven years of HR experience or five with a Bachelor’s in a related field, strong leadership, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressive HR experience with a high school diploma or five years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to supervise and lead teams while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems for data handling.

Responsibilities

• Advises Facility Administrator and management on HR issues and policy.
• Support local recruitment with centralized recruiting to meet targets.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and data entry in HRIS.
• Handle leaves, disciplinary actions, performance reviews and terminations.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and settlement of issues.
• Oversee benefits, enrollment, wellness programs, and insurance records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state law.
