Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners in Phoenix, AZ seeks an HR Manager to oversee HR operations across the organization. You will manage the HR Hub ticketing system, coordinate HR transactions, onboarding, and data entry for mergers and new projects.

The role partners with operational leaders, ensures compliance with employment laws, and leads HR projects related to acquisitions and de novo development. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of professional Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting M&A or healthcare ventures.
• HR Certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and service ticketing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the HR Hub ticketing system.
• Process HR transactions including promotions, transfers, and payroll coordination.
• Oversee onboarding administration and HRIS data entry for mergers and de novo projects.
• Support HR functions for mergers, acquisitions, and new site development.
• Lead HR project management and prepare status reports for acquisitions.
• Administer employee relations procedures and issue resolution.
• Manage leave administration including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory audits.
