HR Manager

Position Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within this well-known personal injury law firm. This role is vital in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and enhance employee relations by addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
• Administer and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for efficient HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, particularly in a law firm environment.
• Design and implement training and development programs for staff enhancement.
• Monitor performance management systems and promote a culture of continuous feedback.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and its functionalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
