Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing admission systems, controls and alliances with healthcare networks.
• Working with Community Liaison and hospital discharge planners.
• Coordinating with staff to ensure smooth admission processes.
• Preparing paperwork, rooms, and staff for new admissions across long-term, memory care, and rehab units.
• Performing RN assessments on new admissions in a timely manner.
• Managing the nursing admission process and required documentation.
• Assisting in development and evaluation of resident care plans.
