Job description

$120,000 + incentives after your first year of employment

This is your opportunity to take the lead in shaping the employee experience and driving a strong, people-first culture. As Human Resources Manager, you’ll guide recruiting and hiring, ensure policies are fair and consistent, and provide support in employee relations, growth, and compliance. More than that, you’ll be a trusted partner to leadership, helping align HR strategies with organizational goals while fostering an environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and supported.

As HR Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping organizational design and guiding strategy. You’ll provide coaching and counsel to managers and employees on policies, compliance, and best practices across all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and development.

You’ll partner closely with leaders and teams to design and implement initiatives that support business needs, while serving as the go-to expert for HR operations—from recruiting and benefits to payroll and compliance. You’ll also ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, keeping systems and workflows efficient and reliable.

This position is also responsible for staff in AZ, NV, and Canada, so the ability to travel to those locations is essential.

Your day-to-day in a little more detail: You’ll provide both practical and strategic guidance to managers and supervisors, helping navigate employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution with confidence and clarity.

You’ll act as a translator of policies, benefits, and programs, making sure employees and managers fully understand and can leverage the resources available to them. Partnering closely with business unit leaders and senior managers, you’ll gain insight into operational challenges and help drive initiatives that improve business outcomes while aligning with organizational goals.

You’ll deliver programs that support employee development, engagement, and retention, including learning and organizational development, benefits administration, performance management, and talent strategies. In collaboration with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations, and Payroll teams, you’ll ensure cohesive and consistent HR support across the organization.

Leveraging HCM technology and data, you’ll provide meaningful analysis and insights to inform business decisions, while maintaining accurate employee records. Through coaching, guidance, and proactive support, you’ll help managers and employees navigate challenges, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

You need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years generalist experience in human resources, benefits administration, recruiting, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and HRIS Analysis in a decentralized environment
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks that have a high degree of sensitivity
  • Demonstrated ERISA, labor, and employment standards and similar legislative and regulatory knowledge
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially in spreadsheet formulaic and PowerPoint slide creation
Strongly preferred:
