Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Human Resource Manager to support Edison Works Engineering, advising ~350 employees and managers on HR fundamentals, coaching, and policy guidance. You will lead hiring and retention actions, manage talent and compensation planning, and ensure compliant, ethical HR operations while partnering with HR Business Partners to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and managers to support multiple employee populations across disciplines.
• Lead talent, performance, and compensation planning within assigned client groups.
• Provide guidance on employee advocacy, engagement, and HR fundamentals; support policy training and investigations as needed.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance across the organization.
• Conduct HR training and support for processes like People Reviews, Salary Planning, and New Manager Assimilation.
