Job summary

GE Aerospace Edison Works Engineering in Evendale, OH seeks an Employee HR Manager to support a world-class engineering team and ~350 employees, providing counsel, coaching and HR services with a focus on policy adherence and employee relations.

You will drive HR processes, partner with executives, and lead talent, performance, and compensation planning across client groups, while promoting compliance and integrity in all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 3 years professional HR experience in hiring, training, compensation, benefits, employee development or performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Engineering Leaders and managers across multiple disciplines to support diverse employee populations.
• Lead Talent, Performance, and Compensation planning within assigned client groups; calibrate with HR peers.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, coaching, and HR fundamentals; ensure compliant application of policies.
• Act as first point of contact for HR questions; guide employees to self-service resources when appropriate.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to implement hiring, retention, and leadership coaching strategies.
• Ensure identification, investigation, and resolution of employee relations issues.
