Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of senior HR experience, CHRL designation, and a track record in unionized environments. Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; CHRL designation preferred.
• Extensive experience in HR strategies: performance management, compliance, employee relations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work with unions and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions and ensure end-to-end service delivery.
• Coordinate with management, employees, unions, and external bodies on HR issues.
• Provide coaching and advise management on employee and organizational matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
