Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and controls HR department activities to meet objectives.
• Directs Plant Safety and Training activities and related coordinator.
• Conducts recruitment and participates in interviews for plant personnel.
• Implements and updates compensation programs and salary surveys.
• Develops and enforces personnel policies; maintains policy handbook.
• Maintains department records and organizational charts.
• Ensures adherence to corporate ethics and compliance standards.
• Evaluates HR reports and recommends process improvements.
• Keeps abreast of legislation affecting HR and ensures policy compliance.
• Ensures Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance across HR tasks.
