Job summary

Autism 360 in Matthews, NC is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to support employees and center leadership at our Matthews center. The role blends people operations with center operations to keep daily activities running smoothly.

You'll handle employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, training, attendance, safety, and employee recognition, with travel to client homes for evaluations as needed. This is an active role in a dynamic ABA center, not a desk-bound HR position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, employee relations, people operations, healthcare, behavioral health, or a similar people-focused role.
• Ability to coach employees and navigate difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to HR resource for employees and center leadership.
• Handle employee relations, coaching, attendance and performance concerns.
• Recruiting and onboarding: interview candidates, conduct orientation, welcome new hires.
• Training and development: track assessments and training milestones.
• Center operations and safety: maintain presence, address safety concerns, coordinate facility needs.
• Employee experience: promote a positive center culture and recognition activities.
• Cross-functional support: partner with Clinical Leadership, Scheduling, Intake and Corporate HR.
