Tetra Pak seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the site’s HR function in Vancouver, WA. You will serve as the primary advisor on labor relations, partnering with plant leadership, unions, and employees to foster compliance and engagement.

We are seeking an experienced and business-focused HR Manager to serve as the lead Human Resources partner for our manufacturing facility in Vancouver, Washington. In this critical role, you will be the site's primary HR advisor, employee relations expert, partnering closely with plant leadership, union representatives, and employees to foster a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce.
As a key member of the factory leadership team, you will help shape the future of the organization by driving workforce strategy, strengthening labor-management partnerships, leading culture transformation initiatives, and fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws while championing change management efforts that support operational excellence and business growth.

This position is located in Vancouver, WA and is primarily office-based. Occasional domestic travel (up to 10%) may be required.

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the positionacross all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education ortraining.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits,and work-related allowances.
