Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Human Resources experience to include FMLA, workers comp, labor laws, OSHA and employee file audits.
• 1-3 years of Payroll & Benefits experience in a healthcare setting.
• UKG experience is a plus

What You Will Do

• Answer employee questions, help with workplace concerns and guide managers on HR policies
• Keep personnel files updated, track required training and make sure labor laws are followed
• Process Payroll and benefits eligibility along with onboarding new hires

What We Are Looking For
